Bewegung für die Wirbelsäule - egal wie
Gerade habe ich mal in der Google Blog-Suche die Suchwortkombination "Bewegung Wirbelsäule" eingegeben und eine interessante Seite dazu entdeckt. Demnach hilft Bewegung, - egal wie -, gegen den Schmerz. Also bei leichten Rückenbeschwerden nicht einfach ins Bett legen, sondern vielmehr Ruhephasen und Bewegung geschickt miteinander kombinieren. Die Bandscheiben brauchen wechselnde Zug- Druckbelastungen, um sich regenerieren, d.h. mit Nährstoffen vollsaugen zu können. Deshalb ist reine Ruhe ebenso Gift für die Wirbelsäule wie übertriebene Bewegungsphasen. "Nichts ist Gift, alles ist Gift. Die Dosis macht´s." (Frei nach Paracelsus) .
